XENCE Incorporates as a Joint-Stock Company, Marking a New Chapter

With a renewed corporate identity, XENCE accelerates the implementation of Circular Architecture. Toward an organization that builds the "future landscape" of society and the planet through modular construction powered by AI and Computational Design.

XENCE (headquartered in Nagoya, Aichi; Representative: Kotaro Ozawa) announces that, effective January 1, 2026, the company has converted from a limited liability company to a joint-stock company under the new registered name XENCE Inc., aiming to strengthen governance and accelerate business growth.

In line with this transition, we have also renewed our corporate logo to more clearly express our philosophy and future direction.

Background and Purpose: From Contract Work to Social Implementation

XENCE has pursued Circular Architecture and Regenerative Design across a wide range of activities including architectural design and construction, digital fabrication, research and development, and facility management.

Conventional construction typically operates on a project-by-project contract basis. But realizing our vision of building better landscapes on Earth and implementing a sustainable society calls for an approach that goes beyond conventional methods.

The primary reason for this restructuring is to enter a phase of expansion, scaling the design, construction, and operational methodologies developed at XENCE into modular systems that reach broader society more deeply.
It also reflects our commitment to strengthening our organizational foundation and accelerating business growth through incorporation.
